Managed land projects, paid by the day

You keep control of the scope and the budget line by line. We staff the project with independent landmen, manage them as one team, and you pay by the landman day.

What you get

We run every project the same way: one project manager, crew leads, independent landmen, a QC desk and a weekly status report to your land team.

The project manager is your one point of contact. Crew leads run the courthouse and field work day to day, and every packet crosses the QC desk before it reaches you.

When it fits

  • Title, runsheet, curative, right-of-way or due diligence work where the scope is clear but the volume moves.
  • Your land team wants to set priorities tract by tract and change them as the program develops.
  • You want landmen added for a push and released when it is done, without hiring.

How it is billed

By the landman day, at rates set in the written agreement for the project. We do not publish rates. Contact us for a quote with your scope.

What we need to start

  • The counties or basin and the kind of work.
  • Your deliverable standard, or ours if you have none (see what you receive).
  • A start date and a rough size: tracts, acres or miles.

Send a project

Tell us the work, where it is and roughly how big. We reply by email with a scope and a staffing plan, or a turnkey proposal for a leasing program. Sending this form does not engage us; a signed written agreement does.

Rates and turnkey pricing are set in a written agreement for each project. Contact us for a quote; we do not publish them.
