What you receive

Every landman on a project delivers to one standard, yours if you have one and ours if you do not. The QC desk checks each packet against it.

Deliverables

  • Runsheets of every instrument in the chain, with recording references.
  • Ownership reports and MORs with decimal interests by tract.
  • Flowcharts of the chain of title.
  • Maps of tracts, units or routes.
  • Lease schedules: lessor, date, recording, net acres and, on turnkey programs, the NRI of each lease.
  • Curative lists with status.

Status reports

Weekly, in one format across the project: what was done, what is open, what needs your team, and the crew plan.

Samples

Samples are made up; we do not share client work. Ask with your project and we will send the formats we would use.

Send a project

Tell us the work, where it is and roughly how big. We reply by email with a scope and a staffing plan, or a turnkey proposal for a leasing program. Sending this form does not engage us; a signed written agreement does.

Rates and turnkey pricing are set in a written agreement for each project. Contact us for a quote; we do not publish them.
