What we collect
- What you send us. When you send a form or write to us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, email and phone if you give it, the project type, the counties, the size or timeline and your note, or, from a landman, your specialties, counties and availability. We also record which page you sent it from.
- What Google sees. Google, our host, sees your IP address and browser details when you load the site or send the form. We do not run analytics and we do not set cookies.
- Documents you email. If you email us documents for a project, send only what the scope needs, and black out account and tax numbers if you can.
How we use it
We use it only to:
- Evaluate and answer your request or inquiry.
- Write back to you about your request.
- Protect the site against spam, automated abuse and attacks.
- Meet our obligations under applicable state and federal law.
We do not sell it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not give it to data brokers, ad networks or lead distributors.
Who processes it for us
Google Cloud and Firebase host the site and receive what you send through the form. Your browser sends the form straight to Google Cloud Firestore.
