Lease acquisition programs

A leasing program needs crews that can grow with the play and a single view of what has been leased. We staff and manage the landmen, or run the program turnkey.

What the crews do

  • Run title to find the mineral owners of record and their shares.
  • Find current addresses and heirs, and make contact.
  • Negotiate and take leases on your form and terms.
  • Track every owner as open, contacted, leased or declined.

Two ways to pay

By the landman day as a managed project, or turnkey: leases delivered at a 75 percent NRI for a fixed fee per net acre, with the acquisition cost risk on us.

Ramp up and ramp down

Crews are added when a unit opens up or a deadline nears and released when the work thins. You see the crew plan in the weekly report before it changes.

How we run it

We run every project the same way: one project manager, crew leads, independent landmen, a QC desk and a weekly status report to your land team. How a land brokerage works.

Send a project

Tell us the work, where it is and roughly how big. We reply by email with a scope and a staffing plan, or a turnkey proposal for a leasing program. Sending this form does not engage us; a signed written agreement does.

Rates and turnkey pricing are set in a written agreement for each project. Contact us for a quote; we do not publish them.
