Title and runsheet production at scale

When a program needs title on many tracts at once, the hard part is consistency. Different landmen, one format, one level of checking.

What we produce

  • Runsheets of every instrument in the chain, with book and page or document numbers.
  • Ownership reports and mineral ownership reports (MOR) with decimal interests.
  • Flowcharts and tract maps.
  • Lease status and open curative items.

How it stays consistent

Crew leads assign tracts and answer questions the same day. Every packet crosses the QC desk, which checks it against the instruments and the deliverable standard before it is released.

One tract, not a program

For a single tract, our sister site landman.services delivers one land packet.

How we run it

We run every project the same way: one project manager, crew leads, independent landmen, a QC desk and a weekly status report to your land team. How a land brokerage works.

Send a project

Tell us the work, where it is and roughly how big. We reply by email with a scope and a staffing plan, or a turnkey proposal for a leasing program. Sending this form does not engage us; a signed written agreement does.

Rates and turnkey pricing are set in a written agreement for each project. Contact us for a quote; we do not publish them.
